Aethia PowerBLAST Demo Page

PowerBLAST is a parallel computing platform that runs NCBI BLAST on a Beowulf PC cluster in order to speed up search times. This is a minimal web interface that shows PowerBLAST capabilities. The demo simulates the results obtained on our Pegasus Cluster: 4 nodes with Pentium III 600MHz processors, 128MB SDRAM, 8GB EIDE Hard-Disk, 100Mbit FastEthernet networking (switched), RedHat Linux 7.2.
